Billing department sucks what a disappointment
The clinic, doctor and procedure was great. The 1 thing that made me give a 1 star is the BILLING DEPARTMENT. No bills, no emails, then get a text saying they are taking the money because it is late. How can it be late when I NEVER received a bill?
These people just keep impressing me more and more! A wonderful experience and I have been back for several treatments. Pain-free. Insurance covered. A Great staff! My fiancé will be going here as she used to have her veins stripped. This is pain free, with no uncomfortable recovery, just have to wear a compression sock. Highly recommended.
