This place is a total JOKE! Don't waste your time find a different clinic.
After spending months getting my insurance approved, getting my initial appointment, getting my appointments scheduled for the next month and a half, scheduling the days off of work using PTO, I get a phone call 7 days before my first procedure to find out suddenly the office moved and they no longer take my insurance. Wasting MONTHS of my time and the only thing they said was sorry but you can pay cash if u want. I had an appointment in December of 2023 and when I received the text to confirm I notified them I needed to cancel, today I received a bill, 3 months after the appointment, a bill for $75.00 and it said 60 days late. I called the number on the bill and the rude woman said we don’t see that you said cancel, she said prove it. I then called USA vein clinic number and she told me the tamarack office wasn’t even open in December. Ever since clinic was taken over by USA vein. The service is terrible. I am currently still waiting to see an Dr and it’s been 2 hours and 15 minutes I have been waiting so far. The appointment line is unhelpful, they do no provide billing statements or explanation of costs. The wait times are horrendous and the staff is scarce and not helpful or knowledgeable. This is a follow up appointment today from a procedure and I am hoping to find another clinic to transfer my records to if I need more treatments
