Good people it was under staff the day that i was there
Terrible service, terrible phone communication, procedures started and then Dr left the office with no further options to complete services. Always late, cancelled appointments, and then non stop phone calls about fees that I didn’t owe. Will never return!
Absolute disaster of a clinic. Don't ever expect to talk to anyone here. You will only be communicating with out of state offices who will call you at 5:30AM with no regard for your time zone at all. I've been trying to get a procedure done for over a year now. I make an appointment they cancel it. I make another appointment they cancel it. I make another appointment the doctor's not going to be in and they cancel it. Horrible experience. The doctor took a leave from the clinic in the middle of my vein treatment program leaving me hanging with no way to conclude my treatments. Stay away from this clinic.
Got to the clinic 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. The receptionist told me to give her a couple minutes and she’d check me in. While waiting for about 10 minutes, an older man walked in who also had an appointment. I’m not sure what happened but they turned him away for his appointment and wanted to schedule him at a different day. He was very annoyed and walked out. During this time, I asked the other women in the waiting room with me how long they’ve been waiting and one of them had been waiting an hour in a half.... read more
