The North Seattle location is pretty terrible. I had a Groupon for spider vein treatment. When I arrived, there were 3 people behind the desk. The young guy that helped me tried to get me to sign a consent form that showed I had an $850 balance. I said I will not sign that form until the balance is zeroed out. He was quite rude and made me feel like I was the crazy one for not wanting to sign an inaccurate form. It took him quite a while to get the form fixed. Very good experience. Caring, friendly, professional. Very clean, tidy, and organized office and patient procedure rooms. Very attentive to correct scheduled procedure (left or right leg) and attentive they have the correct patient (patient attestation at every procedure). Attentive as well to being certain the procedure is covered by your health care provider. Bueno la verdad es que no estoy muy contenta, no recibí un trato adecuado tanto en la recepción, como al momento que me atendieron para ver como vamos tratamiento, no recibí ningún comentario se la persona que me atendió, gasta ahora no sé como estoy si hizo efecto la intervención. Ellos saben ue no hablo inglés y no les importa porque solo me hablan en inglés, no tienen traductor. Terrible experience. After the procedure you can’t schedule a visit with the doctors. If you have problem you need to wait until your next appointment. Even a telemedicine support they have.
