They lie about appointments, just messed up the whole day for the driver, booked the load with Aaron S. Gaus and he said no appointment, when in fact it was a missed appointment. Now I have to cancel my next load and the driver is a work in at the PU and now no way he can make it to the delivery, was supposed to be an easy straight through load before we do our main load.
I'm giving them 3 out of 5 because, Atlanta is terrible. The shop doesn't actually fix anything. They just put bandaids on it and push it out the door. I have pics of trucks being sent out with broken shocks, (as in broken in half, knuckles busted or just plain missing). Tires that are total trash. Brake rotors and drums that have less than 1/4" of steel left on them. That all being said, the Arizona office tried to makenit right. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL. DO NO WORK WITH PEOPLE LIKE THEM SOMEONE ELSE WILL HAVE THE SAME WORK FOR LESS BUT WITH RESPECT!
They deserve Minus 5 stars...this office it`s a disaster, seems like kids are running it especially Aaron Gaus: extremely rude and unprofessional...After fighting (more than one week)for a layover he is saying that the customer approved only $50.00. What a joke.
