USA is a joke and I am personal done with this company didn't even work for them for a full two weeks do to family matters. I go to find another job and the company said I wrecked with USA what a joke y'all are seriously in need of morals and some honor
Looks like this company hasn't changed a bit.I switched from my company some 19 years ago and lasted about three week's. Everything the recruiter told me was a lie and the truck's sucked.Dispatch sucked..YEP STILL sucks.

I worked here for 1 month and truck kept breaking down and fleet manger was something else I quit after fleet manger call me the b word
Unless you need someone to pay for your trucking school don't come to USA Truck. The only thing they have going for them is that they gave apu's on their trucks. Trucks are governed at 60 which is way too freaking slow. They don't not up keep their trucks, I went through 4 or 5 trucks in the year I was there. Mechanics are lazy and many occasions will mess up your truck over fixing it. Terminals are not up kept either. Again unless you need your trucking school paid for don't come to USA Truck.
Workn there for about 4 months there truck keep breaking down on me. Couldn't never make any good money and 35 fleet op manger wasnt any good will try to talk to you any kind of way
I've been with USA Truck for two years now. I like it here they treat you good. Their equipment has improved greatly in the last few months. They have new Freightliners, Internationals, and KWs. Also they have purchased a few thousand new trailers which helps a lot. I as a company driver until April of this year then I purchased a truck through Pathway. Truck was broke down for 3 weeks. Refused to pay breakdown pay and dispatcher keeps "forgetting" to submit paperwork so not getting paid. Also can't get ahold of anyone hire up because the are either not at their desk or wont return your phone calls.
