Alex has been a crucial person to make our experience as a first-time pool owner a breeze. He is extremely efficient and always available to answer questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the pool system. At the same time, he is always very thorough before recommending any changes or replacement of parts of the system.
I worked with Alex this year to install a heater for our pool and had a great experience from start to finish. The communication was quick and clear. The process was much quicker, easier and less expensive than what others has quoted. I will not hesitate to work with Alex in the future on any pool needs that come up and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
I called and worst communication ever , just ask if they service above ground pool and real quick with a attitude said NO and i ask if he know a company thats does and said check the Internet
