The manager there is very helpful and I always look forward to speaking to her. My storage solutions have been met year after year. Please quit trying to raise my rent.. you are getting top dollar from me already.

When I first moved in last year, I realized that the unit I had rented was too dark to see what I needed to do in the unit. I contacted the on-site manager (Nicole Gerards) who wasted no time whatsoever in getting me moved. Not only did I get moved, I was moved to a better and easier accessible location with more light than needed.
