I have rented a unit for the last 2 years and it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. Staff was unprofessional (in that they were never actually at work and they refused to return phone calls promptly), I was over-charged for my unit, and each month they tried to asses a lien fee out of the blue. The lady in the office has no problem solving skills at all and she was rude each time I spoke with her. It felt like an episode of Punk’d dealing with this place.
