It was very easy to rent a storage unit at this facility. They have an app which makes it easy to check your balance, pay your bill, and use a code to access the storage unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Overall our experience was very good, I would however highly recommend adding a guest WiFi for customers who are getting their account and accesses setup. The latent connection over the air is extremely weak in completing to needed paperwork. Also we could not find the ability access the gate via a remote link on the website. Sincerely, Edward Wilbur
Everything was ready when I arrived. The attendant gave me all the details I needed to get into the facility and store my things. The area was neat and clean.
We had a great experience working with USA Storage Centers. Stevie, the property manager, was friendly, professional, and made our bulk pickup smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciate the opportunity to work with them and highly recommend USA Storage Centers!
