The lady that helped was amazing
While most reviews to this point have mentioned Carol, I actually never got to deal with her. It was the reviews mentioning her that drew me to this facility. Wanda, however, in the managerial transition time, was fantastic in my first dealings with USA Storage. Super friendly, super helpful, answered texts when I had questions as a newbie. I'm so thankful for her.
