They raise the rent constantly and I haven’t seen any major improvements, also there is a door handle that has been broken for awhile and locks you out so you have to walk all the way around to get to your unit. I shouldn’t have to ask why this hasn’t been fixed, considering the amount we pay to rent.

USA Storage on Hwy 42 in Prairieville is a well run and secure storage facility. Each customer has a unique code to operate the entry gate for entrance and exit. Recently I got some things out of our unit and got distracted while loading them into my vehicle outside the unit and failed to walk back over and close and lock the unit.
