The storage place is very clean and easy to access. The start up to get one was very easy and the super sweet nice lady that helped me well she was very sweet
UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE - Just so that everyone reading this review is aware, the facility responded to my one-star review stating they would be in touch. However long ago that was, weeks or months, I have yet to hear anything. Says a lot about the facility. It wasn’t bad, until it was. And then it was awful. Very rarely do I leave reviews on anything, but it’s also pretty rare that an experience is this bad. USA Storage has the best prices in the area and it was perfect to store our belongings in the scenario we had as a family this summer. Could not recommend enough!
