Newport USA Storage has went above and beyond their duties. I just recently ordered a unit and she was very pleasant and explain everything thoroughly. Easy quick and simple. But I had to come on here and give 5 stars. I was broke down in the storage unit and it’s almost after dark and office closed…Brandy, assisted me and jumped my car while off duty. It can’t get better than this!! Thank you Brandy for helping me out. You the best!0
Brandy and I spoke Saturday and she was actually closed. Another customer came behind me a few minutes later and helped with their needs. Brandy came to my car ask me if I would like to do the paperwork since she needed to handle the situation with the customer that came in behind me. As sweet as she was, I declined the offer. It was her day off and I advised her I’ll be here following Monday. Brandy cared and you could see that. I’ve used USA Storage for years. We need more people like Brandy.
My husband and I recently rented a storage unit here on Saturday and even though they were closed(despite Google saying they were open) the manager Brandi and her husband accommodated us and opened to complete all paperwork and welcome us. We successfully moved in the first load of stuff that evening and the rest on Sunday!! It was an absolute dream of a transition!! Thank you both so very much for the A+ customer service and kindness!!!
