Terrible experience. They make you set up autopay which isnt an issue however there was an issue with my autopay because THEY had the incorrect info so they charged me a late fee at no fault of my own & I spoke to whoever at the office with nothing but attitude & all she could give me was a general email address for corporate & after sending multiple emails for a month I never did get a response however I was charged more fees. Overall pretty good experience. Only problem I found is that one of the doors (M20) won't stay up. Had to prop it open.

Well kept, no litter. Some of the units have a slope outside which may be a problem if you didn't expect it.
