The manager Amanda was stellar! We had some very extenuating circumstances to deal with and she went over and above to accommodate them even in the middle of another customers issue ! She gave both of us excellent service with professional service with kindness, patience and a smile! 2 thumbs up she deserves a raise!!
In a world where business is cut throat it is very refreshing to see a company that has such great employees who work with you not to mention the facility is very clean and secure a huge difference from niceville mini storage we were there 4 years and when we vacated more than half of our belongings had to be thrown away!!! So thank you USA storage for everything !!
Amanda was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She was a big help. She answered the phone or called me back in a timely manner. She has great communication skills. She is truly an asset to the company.
Update: June 2026 Well I finally got my house sold and of course I needed another storage unit to get the rest of my stuff out of my 3000 Sq. Ft house so I could vacate the property. Fortunately for me Amanda down at the USA Storage Center where my other 2 storage units are with all of my worldly belongings just happened to have another 10x20 unit available for me to put the remainder of my things so I didn't have to end up going to 2 different locations.
