Customer Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Always willing to answer any questions and the lady will work with you if she can.
This place is terrible. I cancelled this unit in February and have an emailed response from them on February 14th to prove it but they still charged me for March and April. I called and the woman yelled at me about the lock that they provided still being on the unit, claimed she has no notification of any move out notice even though I sent a second one before calling, denied that she could have called to verify the move out with me, and then she hung up the phone.
