If you are in the Martinsville area, find somewhere else. One of the worst places I've done business with in years. continually gone up on rent for no reason, other than I can think to get rid of me. and no help whatsoever to their clients. Move out you pay full month, not a shock being this place has been nothing but difficult to work with since taking over. manager was helpful but not willing or able to do better business for the community. rate increased every year since they took over from 99 to 200 a month!
