Thought I was going to give a great review... Tyesha was amazing... but noone told us we couldn't access our things at certain parts of the day... you're holding our things hostage.... you never told there were times we couldn't get to our storage unit.... it was hardly 10pm.... seriously.... people need to be able to move their things at any time... i needed to put my bed and couch in there... i thought i could always get to my stuff and put things in there at any time or i wouldn't have gotten this storage unit ...
