Very good service and wonderful to work with
I had a great experience, in terms of customer service, Charlotte was very friendly, very helpful, and I loved having decided to take the storage with this company.
Was in need of a unit to store my over flow got it done quickly all thanks to Ms. Charlotte
Called and asked about a unit. Said they stayed open until 5:30. Lady on the phone so okay, I said I was coming by immediately. She ignored me at the door, forward my call to the hold line, got passed to some corporate person, they said they were closed. Something about having a posted time and then giving false information, whether it being closed at 5, or not wanting to handle business. Don't say to come, and don't have 530 posted. StoreEase is right down the road.
Charlotte was a blast to work with, very accommodating and professional.
