Amber was very helpful.
Signing up was great. John in NC helped me and walked me through the process. Great customer service.
Amber at the front desk is amazingly helpful. The facility is new and I love the app for electronic access thru the gate, doors, and even the unit.
I had a minor situation occur when I first moved in after hours but the manager, Amber, was able to help out. She is super professional, nice and patient. The facility is very clean and I really like the app based features.
