We have automatic credit card payments set up for our unit. For the second time in a year, they failed to process the automatic payments and then we start receiving overdue notices including penalty fees and unit lockdown notices. It is impossible to reach a human when calling their phone number.
We called and spoke to Sydney and she was very accommodating and walked us through a remote tour of some of the available units that fit our needs. We went ahead and rented one and the application and payment process was very easy, and Sydney was on the phone line walking us through each step. She was very efficient and professional.
The facility is nice and clean. That's not a problem. The problem is that the office is never staffed. I have an issue that customer service told me needs to be handled in person. Short of pitching a tent and sleeping there until someone shows up, I have no idea what to do. I've sent emails and left messages . I went there today and the office doors were open but there was no one around. No cars. I waited 20 minutes. Shouted down the halls. I left a message and stuck it to the computer monitor and left.
