This is a 5 Star HVAC service company! We called for help at 5:00 PM and were told they. Be by 6:00 PM. Al took his time, was respectful, and explained to me everything he was doing. He answered any request that I made. I highly recommend USA stars as their Customer Service is exemplary, they don’t gouge on price, they have the fastest response time that I’ve ever encountered and they are genuinely nice people. I give USA stars a total of five stars in recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Stuart Levine.

Great company and great service. These guys were very respectful and did amazing work. I had a problem with my ac blowing hot air instead of cold air. I called them in the morning. They came over and had fixed the problem by the end of the day. The price was very reasonable. Great service, and I would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely great service. Haider is a professional and very good at what he does. And the most important part was how kind and personable he was. He even gave us a big discount for showing up later than scheduled. I’ll definitely recommend him to friends and family.

High recommend this company. I called them with a broken A/C unit and they actually answered the phone and was able to get someone out to me within about an hour. The technician was friendly and professional. He explained the situation and the options to me well. He was able to get the equipment needed to get me up and running within a couple of hours.

When my AC broke down a few days ago and I called multiple companies, these guys actually answered and told me they’d be on their way. They showed up right when they said they would, and they got it fixed immediately. I recommend them to everyone.
