They wheel you in smooth as can be.. super nice guy greets you, offers a friendly consult, makes you feel like you’re about to get world class care. Then BAM.. plot twist.. “Oh by the way, we don’t take your insurance." Next thing I know, they’re throwing “treatment packages” at me like it’s an AT&T upgrade plan. “For just $499 a month, you too can be pain-free!” I can confirm I won't be back!
Matt is great, always answers my various questions about the different treatments he used to assist with any pain and discomfort I’m feeling. Always leave our monthly sessions feeling better than when I came in, and ready to get back in the gym.
I never believed in PT until I came to see the crew at USA Sports Medicine. They saved me. Hands down the best at what they do, and overall a lovely bunch of people that turned my pain into something pleasant. Kayla and Aaron in particular are my heroes!
Aaron and Kayla are exceptional. Highly professional, knowledgeable and client focused. Their work expertise, care and understanding of their client’s needs coupled with their compassion make them leaders in their field. I highly recommend working with them.
