DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SLEEP STUDY NEEDS. God awful customer service. Lack of professionalism. Sleep study was to be delivered on 4 different occasions, in which I had to leave work early. When I finally received the package, it was only instructions no device. Management hung up on both my wife, and myself then blocked my number. If Tricare sends a referral to use their services, request a new provider. Save yourself the trouble. Worse customer service ever ! They kept giving me hard times to get my referral or to schedule an appointment. The front desk said we can only schedule you for Tuesdays; only Tuesdays . So stressful ; I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .
Sleep studies aren’t the funnest things, but this location is clean and efficient. I appreciate the convenient location as well.
