I recently used USA Renovations for floor polishing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I called, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. John Clark explained everything clearly from the beginning to the end. What stood out most was their honesty and fair pricing. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed. Horrible company to work for. They're all mostly LGTBQP and if you're straight, they'll do things like short your check. I got fired because my Crew Lead conspired to have me fired because I'm not gay. They lie about how much you're getting paid, you have to hassle them to access your pay stubs because they'll short you 5-10 hours a week. I had to drive the workers in freezing conditions in a van with no heat. Just got my last pay stub, instead of getting paid for my 20 hours, they only paid me for 7.50 hours.
