I certainly do not recommend this property to live at. We have not had consistent office hours at all they certainly are not 8: 30 to 5: 15 management takes extended lunch hours when they want to. We have an assistant manager who is very rude to our tenants and does not like to be interrupted even if she is on a personal phone call. we don't have any kind of security for our protection they say call the police. Well join the club. Our apartments haven’t had a manager for over a month. And our assistant manager was on administrative leave and is now back, and as useless as ever. We have people living in the bushes behind our garages,doing drugs back there, people under age living with seniors here, who don’t belong. And management does nothing about that. Dumpster divers, cars broken into, personal items stolen off of patios. Vagrants showering in the shower stalls at the pool area naked, vagrant jumping fences, No security, no prop... read more

It may a great company but they need to keep a closer eye on some of their properties and it’s mangers. Vintage Chateau is a horrible place to live, under the current management. It is a place of horror where the residents are intimidated, embarrassed and disrespected on a regular basis. During my 8 month stay here I have found that the only thing that unites us is the horror we have all shared under the manager Valarie. You should be willing to protect your residents by Checking with them in a discreet way.
