USA Properties may be a profit orientated entity, but they certainly need vast improvement in the training procedures for upper management as well as district management. Lack of empathy, compassion and decent behavior is sorely lacking in a lot of USA Properties, especially in the senior communities.

How about being more responsive to the needs of seniors at Heritage Park in Richmond?

I certainly do not recommend this property to live at. We have not had consistent office hours at all they certainly are not 8: 30 to 5: 15 management takes extended lunch hours when they want to. We have an assistant manager who is very rude to our tenants and does not like to be interrupted even if she is on a personal phone call. we don't have any kind of security for our protection they say call the police. And last year we were told by the manager we had at that time and the regional manager that we were causing the dro... read more
