Do not use this company. They get delivery to the address they are licensed at and report it missing, causing drivers to lose their jobs. This has happened more than once to friends of mine who deliver. And if they are not affiliated with a man named Luis, or the apartment at D14, then they need to update their address. It’s a shame that being thieves could reflect poorly upon one’s business.
I have to say without a doubt USA pools was outstanding. Benny is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the tiles and coping that best suited my budget and taste. I had my pool renovation with new coping and tile. From start to finish it only took less then a week. He also installed a new pool pump. I am very happy with the results. If you are looking for a pool contractor they are my number one choice for the best price and workmanship! I did shop around and the other companies could not beat there price.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We worked with a guy named Benny who seemed very nice, but his crew's workmanship around our deck area was HORRIBLE! We originally contracted them to do our work in December 2021 and the work was to begin March 2022. They started on time, but there were many issues with the decking from the start. Benny did an amazing job replacing tiles around our jacuzzi. His price was affordable and I highly recommend him and his team!
Have been looking for a pool company to refinish my pool with plaster (for over a year). Everyone who quotes us on re-plaster came in with a very high price or said it can’t be done (pool was in a very bad shape).
