3rd review about their spitty driving... Nice!!! This genius was camped out in the passing lane on the 347 for 15 miles this morning, swerving across both lines. But at least he's showing up to an appointment, right? Progress???
USA Plumbing was starting a project on our Mesa residential private street this morning. I stopped by and asked the foreman to please place some safety cones to identify their work area. There is a lot of vehicle and foot traffic - narrow street. The foreman said code did not require any and that they do do this. Obviously he has not had any safety training. It is apparent USA Plumbing has no Safety Program in place. Buyer beware as you look for a plumbing contractor. Rating of "0" was not an option
Great place to work
We had a great experience with Issac. He diagnosed the issue over the phone with me. Came out right away and changed out the gas controller on our hot water heater. We are back with hot water. He was professional, courteous and quick!
