I went in the store with a lot of worries about my party last minutes but it turn out so positive, first the staff were friendly and welcoming plus help with my event, they never tired of my question. The owner even jump right in to help with order. Also they provide me with Delivery and rent some chair and table which took away my worries and help with my time. I drove over an hour to rent a helium tank for an event and was told it was a 3 day rental. Based on that wording, renting the tank at noon on Friday would mean it should be returned by noon on Monday right? Instead, I was told it had to be returned on Sunday. I called to clarify because the policy didn't make sense to me. This store has everything you need when it comes to having a celebration from the party supplies to the balloon services offered. I felt like a kid in a candy store I didn't know what to decide on because the options are endless and the staff is amazing! I will be back......

This wasn't my first time visiting this store. They have everything you could want for a party and more but this time I used their sports banner making service. Michelle and team were so patient with me and took my rough visions and turned them into a reality. I left with an eye catching banner that my son's team will get to take to all their games. I will shout from the rooftops about this place. I've always received amazing service here and the owner and front office staff are super nice!!!
