After an initial glitch with the on line free estimate (direct phone call fixed the issue), I found them to be professional and very good at their job. Estimate was way better than the other 3 I had. There was no lack of quality for the difference in money either. Well done. Would use them again.
We waited an hour after appointment time for our free estimate, confirmed by three emails. Nobody answered or returned our call placed 15minutes after appointment time, and when we called back (at an hour late) they didn’t apologize and said we should’ve gotten an email saying he had another job and couldn’t make it today. No such email received. An apology at least for not calling to cancel, or for scheduling someone else instead would have been more professional. Seeking another painting service of course!
