My mother has been coming to this establishment for many years, all of a sudden one day they said they are closing their doors and not giving anybody referrals to a different doctor that deals in pain Medication. She has been left untreated for 2 months now. All the Drs in Albuquerque, don't subscribe oxycodone. Now she's getting the runaround from different pharmacies, and the doctors are telling her that she has to go on a completely different medication even though she's been on the same medication for over 12 years. Drove 45 minutes to find out my appointment was never booked and the office is closing soon . Very unprofessional and was not given any type of notice about closure . Waste of my time and money .
This place was so unprofessional. The doctor was not very nice. No respect for his patients.
Dr. Pylman was just ok at treating my moms condition. She has been dealing with a pain that has been chalked up to be “fibromyalgia”. What is really unappreciated is the fact that she called to reschedule her appointment and had been informed that the office is closing with NO PATIENT REFERRALS! The office has expectations of their patients but the patients also have that right too. Driving in from Belen we expected a little more…
If I could give no stars I would. They did nothing for me and in a passive aggressive way said basically we are seeking opioids. Even though I never brought opioids up and would prefer not to use them. I called my primary who gave two new meds to try that aren't opioids that are giving me relief. Something Lynx couldve done easily for me. Unprofessional.
