Ridiculous wait time here. Dr Thakur is a great doctor however it makes no sense to give someone a 2:00 appt and then still waiting in the lobby and it’s now 3:30. The front desk staff is also very unprofessional no patients wanna come in here and have to listen to ghetto conversations from the front desk. It’s crazy. One star because you have to leave one and honestly they deserve less.
Kiko, sorry if I spelled it wrong, was a great nurse. Very kind, positive, and efficient. One of the best I’ve encountered thus far

Been waiting to see doctor since1:30 and it's 3:14 but still waiting. Ridiculous makings anyone wait this long. All I hear is nurses laughing, cussing and just having a great time in the hall. About to walk out.
