Trash company, unprofessional and unethical. First time around, many issues with Jorge, major lack of comprehension and communication. I let it slide. 2nd time around, sellers chose to use them again and again, same issues with Jorge. Jorge chose to make false statements to the opposing agent and their client. Jorge sent HOA documents to opposing agent and their client which do not belong to the subject property. I wanted to take the time to say I appreciated this Branch of USA National in Daly City! I have been working with Jorge, alongside James, Jen, and Ruzer. As a consistent purchaser of properties here in the Bay Area, and have done over 50 + transactions - I owe it all to them.
