The team at USA Nails are lovely and super hardworking. Serena always dose the most amazing job on my nails, I leave every-time so so happy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🩷🩷🩷🩷 USA Nails are the best ever!!!!!

Rushed. Painful filing. Shaping bad. No attention to detail. No massage or moisturiser on feet and hands. Takes in too many customers while they are already full, so staff are all over the place swapping between customers. Makes for a very unrelaxed atmosphere which is the opposite of what you want when getting a mani pedi.

Honestly. You are safer cutting your nails yourself. This is how they cut mine! It hurts and I walked out. Don’t go there

They accept too many people for not enough staff. You end up sitting there for ages before they help you. Not great unfortunately. I walked away after then just getting my gellac taken off instead of a whole pedicure. Also a bit dirty with pieces of skin all over the floor.

Gel manicure still perfect after nearly two weeks! Hadn’t noticed the time go. Lovely salon and friendly staff - will definitely be my regular.
