Probably the worst nails / experience. I had to go back in after only a few days (after paying for a ful mani set and pedi) as one nail snapped where they glued the acrylic extension on. They made me pay $10 to get it fixed even though most other salons would have repaired it for free since it had been less than a week. Had A voucher for a Manicure and pedicure, however, only did the pedicure and didn’t offer for the manicure to be done another day. Got a set of nails, which was the wrong color. Did a good job anyways regardless
Genuinely do not bother. Worst experience I’ve had in a salon in 15 years of getting my nails done all around the world. Rushed, painful, I asked for a gel infil and instead of soaking my gel off she put the electric file on full blast, hurting me, no nail prep whatsoever, cut me open, charges an extra 10$ to cut my cuticles off??? Then tried to charge me 90$ for Biab when I asked for normal gel and claimed I had biab on before when I did not.
