Service was nice but I am only giving 3 stars because of the gelx nails that they swear by and convince you to get when they aren’t worth a damn. They add on tips with a thick clear gel polish between your real nail and the tip but then your real nail is separated at the top between your nail and the tip so it makes it easy for food or any type of particles to get inside and get stuck there . Great people the place is nice, great services, neat patient and precisely done to perfection. I love going here.
I totally understand why this place is dead inside. I did a color change, they are not the most inviting and she didn't shape my toes and left my feet white or dark skin from the ness she made with the acetone and stuff. Didn't come back to check on me or anything. I sat in there air drying for about 30 min while on my tablet and looked up like ok I guess I will get up on my own...didn't say thank you or anything. They deserve to be shut down...I guess you get what u pay for...Will forever go to my cousin or a spa.

Honestly i was having high expectations but ended leaving highly disappointed went to get a pedicure and me and my friend got the same service she had a great experience but the guy i got never gave me a hot towel or lotion like my friend got if we pay for the same service i should be getting all of the service elements just like my friend also he cut the skin under my toenail which led to a stinging burn which he did not acknowledge at all nor discounted me also his gel application was very messy and he got it all over my c... read more
