I’ve been coming to this salon for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the way I was treated during my most recent visit was unacceptable and honestly the last straw for me. The owner handled my service and was very rude and dismissive from the beginning. It felt like he didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to provide the service at all, which made me feel uncomfortable as a paying customer.
