Dirty. Carts were absolutely filthy, floor is filthy, all supplies like bottles and lotions are filthy. A tech dropped the brush she was using to clean up polish off the skin onto the floor, picked it up and used it immediately again, no rinse, no wipe, no getting a clean one. They did use liners for pedicures, which I appreciated. The gel polish pedis looks nice. Cheap, but unclean. Would not recommend.

During my manicure as she was removing my gel x set, she began using the nail drill but didn’t realize she had left the cotton on my nails, so it got caught in the drill and as it got caught in the drill bit it began spinning and sprayed acetone into my eyes in the process. She told me “well then don’t look down”…. Fast forward 9 days later, two of the polish of my new gel set have lifted and peeled off… $50 for this? Never again.

Jimmy was awesome!! He did an amazing job with my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted them! I was super impressed with his fine line work on the nail art I'd chosen! We chatted and joked around the whole time throughout the process and I barely noticed the time passing☺️ Will absolutely be coming again for any nail needs!
