My nails were all different sizes and bumpy from the gel nails. They refused to fix them. Terrible customer service.
Brought my daughter (a tomboy!) for her very first salon day—she got her toes, fingers, and eyebrows done. I also treated myself (not my first time ). We both had such an amazing experience! Everyone we came in contact with was super polite, welcoming, and made us feel at home. The salon is spotless, stylish, and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, and sophisticated experience!
Came in with my 3 year old daughter & sis in law and let me just say the service was amazing. The Ladies took care of my daughter with so much grace and kindness. Our pedicures we so relaxing. Thank you again for the great kind services! 😊
Just TELL me it’s a 1/2 - 1 -hour + wait! 20 minutes waiting-then they put me in a pedi chair, w/NO water in it. My first clue. 10 minutes later still no water. 1/2 an hour of my life-in a very fumey place. 30 customers & maybe 8 nail techs. Bad odds. So I left. Thankfully there was no water in my foot bath! PS I Did tell the young man at reception as I was leaving that I’d already waited over half an hour the ladies next to me still weren’t started after 45 minutes. He said sorry we’re busy.
