I normally have a great experience at USA nails but today no.. First let’s talk about my nails, from the nail bed they are to bulky on some. I asked for ballerina and this what I got. My toes was suppose to be French tip and idk what it is, he cut down on my toe nails too far to even create a French tip.. I been coming for years getting the same service and today it took a turn.. I was driving from Cypress to College Station just for Alice to do my nails. She gets it right every single time! I moved here to CS and now I don’t let anyone do my nails but Alice. She’s the best!
This is my go to place! When I moved here I tried several places til I found them! They keep the place clean. Staff friendly and speak to you when u walk in!
Absolutely horrible my wife made an appointment arriving on time and waited for 37 minutes being ignored. Obviously, they have no concept of why you make an appointment or honoring them. After waiting a total of 40 minutes we left still being ignored with no service. Will not return horrible service…
