I only chose one star cause I couldn't write a review without it! We took our car here for a basic oil change. As soon as you turned the car on the check engine light came on. One of the guys said we had a bad sensor. After taking the vehicle to the dealership and paying $150, come to find out the oil filter was put in backwards, oh and it was the wrong size too!! We go back to Nwi and the guy tells us he can't do anything without the filter? Really? Cause that's going to matter if u have the filter? You as a mechanic saves ... read more
go someplace else!! They keep changing their story, giving excuses, and NOT honoring their work. Then you have to pay someplace else in order to get it done right! Remember, you have been forewarned.
