You can file a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the BBB. Had a similar experience as so many others. Seems like this company, specifically based out of Phoenix has an extensive history of coming on site and charging substantially more and delivering goods completely destroyed.

I got my belonging within the time period they said. Nothing was broken or missing. Overall, it was a good moving experience.

Never use this company. My sister was never told that you pay higher for bigger boxes. Shipping took 22 days instead of 8. Broken pieces smashed boxes. Boxes labeled fragile were loaded upside down. She ended up paying double for what was quoted. They have deceitful practices.

Moved from AZ to UT, very pleased with their work. By far the cheapest quote I got and it did not go up. My stuff arrived in tact on time. I would absolutely recommend this moving company, very friendly and efficient.

This is the best moving company I’ve ever hired. Genuinely caring people who accommodate you in any way they can.. Affordable, professional, and easy. I will absolutely be referring anyone I know in need of a moving service to USA Moving, they do a fantastic job..
