I just got a call from Stacey asking for employment verification. She was incredibly rude. I answered her question, with the information we are to give people when they call. She asked for a specific name, we are not allowed to give specific names. She said, well you didn't answer my question" (snottily) and hung up on me. Based on this encounter alone, I wouldn't use USA Mortgage. If that's how you treat the people your dealing with, it's not professional and it's just plain rude. I am not surprised with Sarah's level of customer service and you will not be either. She did an outstanding job helping with my refi. I highly recommend her for ALL your mortgage needs!!!!!
