Owner is very helpful and nice. Prices are reasonable. Everything in my unit has remained safe, dry and clean. My only suggestion is the hours to get into your unit. I am a nurse and work 7am to 7pm. Hours are 10a to 7p so I am unable to access with exception of a day off.
Owner is honest, accommodating, and a fellow veteran. He went out of his way for us. Ha ha, shame on me, I have to update this review. Owner isn't honest and doesn't take responsibility for his problems. Mice infestation in our unit - we were only there 4 months! Mice nests, crap and dead babies in our furniture and boxes!!!!!! There was mouse crap on every single surface - a 10x20 unit filled. We had to throw away all furniture, about five rugs, clothing, etc. Also had to clean everything. Did I mention the leaks?
