I brought my 2007 Harris to USA Marine for a major repair, center pontoon replacement. The service dept. worked with my insurance company and the initial repair went smoothly, and I had my boat back in plenty of time to enjoy the summer. A few issues came up as I got the boat back on the water, but a quick note to Bob in the service dept. assured me that they would stand behind their work at my convenience. Stopped in to replace a baitwell pump and we found a piece of wood in the impeller I was going to replace. The associate was very helpful at the parts desk and we removed the wood and tested the pump and it ran great . I highly recommend Marine USA for any service needs. I’ve stored my boat with USA marine for the last 5 years. They would pick it up and store it for the winter. Every year the boat comes back with more damage on it. This year I decided to buy a trailer and when I pulled the boat I found a large dent to my pontoon with what appears to be a patch repair on the pontoon. They don’t take responsibility for any damage they do!
My brother and I had planned a trip to Lake Champlain where we would be honoring my late father. Having our boat was a requirement. Two weeks before the trip, we discovered the engine had a serious issue putting our plans in jeopardy. I reached out to Bob and explained our situation. While there was no guarantee, he said he would do his best to repair it in time for our trip.
