Constantly impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and solutions provided by these guys. Whether it's an equipment problem, or user error, they've been excellent 100% of the time. Won't go anywhere else!
Bob and Mark have been absolutely great to deal with. Whatever the problem is, they can solve it! I trust them for everything my Chaparral ever needs.
Our boat was stalling out on Sunday. It was basically the end of the weekend so no big deal. I called USA marine on Monday morning and arranged for them to come pick up the boat Tuesday. They fixed it on Wednesday and then dropped it back in the water on Thursday. I took her for a spin and she is running great. Now it’s Friday morning. Now we’re looking at another weekend on the water with 80 degree weather with no humidity. I can’t thank these guys enough. Well done!

Bob has always taken great care of me, and Mark—the owner—continues to go above and beyond. Most recently, our pontoon boat had an issue.
