Shit hole that smells like piss and cigarettes. There was absolutely nothing nice about this place. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I have stayed in some dives in third world countries and this place easily make it in the top 3!...I just stayed here and I just wanted to say you get what you pay for... Very basic, dated and minimalist. Needs a lot of TLC!.. I will say the owner is very friendly, helpful and communicates well. He IS trying to make it work. He takes security there very seriously. Your garbage cans are currently at riverwood apartments on the 3rd floor of the 755 building....someone left it there in the hallway. Come collect your trash can
This place has closed down for repairs and there's no date on reopening also parking is a hassle. It's convenient because the bus station is across the street. The last thing I heard was the owner is trying to sale it for 4 million which means it will take over 25 years before you get your investment back. There was a problem with rodents and bugs. Plus the homeless hangout around the property.
