Walked the gun counter for 20 minutes not a single employee offered to assist me. 3-5 of them there and the approached other customers to offer assistance. I am looking at purchasing a new gun but not here.

I like the staff- they are so helpful and knowledgeable. If they don’t have the answer they find someone that does. Usually their stock is great but now with the pandemic it’s average but it’ll be back. I’ll just be glad when I can go back in there and shop and dream again.
The employees know the product lines especially the CZ / Dan Wesson brands. The Better Business Bureau rates USA Liberty Arms with the grade of A+. The staff in particular Joey are above the standard with quality, service and value. This company is a top tier supplier.
