Terrible customer service. They are a middle man trying to charge you 29.99 a month to “point you in the right direction” for a lawyer. The second you tell them you arent looking for a monthly subscription they will hang up on you in the middle of you talking. They are also probably the rudest people i have ever dealt with. Dont waste your time with them, just contact the specific lawyer you need! Also take note of all of the bot fake accounts leaving positive reviews! I am a real person, stay away from this awful company!
