Zero stars!USA insurance is a joke. They only cover $150 for a tow and will wait almost two weeks before getting an adjuster to go inspect the vehicle. Will not cover any other fees that are caused by them, due to taking so long. You can’t get a rental until they physically go to the tow yard and verify the vehicle is wrecked. No communication. Such a bad company, to the point of no help, I had to call and report them to the Commissioner of Insurance for the State of Mississippi. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
