This insulation contractor was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. They showed up late, left a mess all over my property, and even tried to charge me for services they never completed. They promised high-quality materials but ended up using cheap, thin insulation that didn’t even meet code. Stay far away if you want a job done right.
I hired this company to insulate my attic and the experience was a nightmare. They rushed the job, left huge gaps, and ignored several areas we specifically pointed out. After they finished, my energy bills actually went up. When I called to address the problems, they were rude and dismissive. Total waste of money. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Very pleased with the great service and professionalism of the entire team. So impressed by the thoroughness of the initial estimate Mike did and the guys that installed our much improved attic insulation. Appreciated the honest assessment with no attempt to upsell services we didn't need. I've already recommend them to several friends. Highly recommend USA Insulation.
